The BUSY Group, a leading international employment services provider, has acquired Case-UK and Health 2 Employment, marking a significant expansion in the United Kingdom.

With these strategic acquisitions, The BUSY Group, a not-for-profit organisation, is set to become the largest employment services provider in the country, enhancing its offerings with specialist health services and support for unemployed individuals facing health challenges.

The acquisition of Case-UK, a renowned employment support organisation, aligns with The BUSY Group’s commitment to removing barriers to employment through tailored programmes and innovative support models.

This acquisition will enable The BUSY Group to leverage Case-UK’s well-established networks and proven methodologies, extending the organisation’s ability to create a one-stop shop for wellbeing, employment and occupational health services.

The addition of Health 2 Employment (H2E) further strengthens The BUSY Group’s capability to deliver holistic employment solutions by integrating occupational health services.

Their service outcomes have have proven successful, with 82 percent of participants reporting improvement across life, health and work dimensions within 53 days of intervention.

The newly acquired Health 2 Employment brings valuable insights and a decade-long track record of delivering occupational health interventions within Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) programmes, including the Work and Health Programme and Restart. Their interventions are designed to help individuals overcome health-related barriers to work and are delivered by trained health professionals, including nurses, mental health specialists and physiotherapists.

Forty percent of individuals who received Health 2 Employment’s occupational health report progressed into employment within six months, underscoring the organisation’s effectiveness in supporting clients towards job readiness and long-term stability.

Through this expansion, The BUSY Group aims to offer comprehensive employment and health support services to individuals across all regions, with a special focus on reducing economic inactivity among individuals facing health challenges. By combining the expertise of Case-UK and Health 2 Employment, The BUSY Group will support government initiatives and employer-led schemes to drive sustainable employment outcomes and enhance workplace health support.
