A new alternative education model for young people aged 16–19 who need a different kind of pathway to thrive.

A place for second chances
And new beginnings

Developed in Australia and now proudly launching in the North East, The BUSY School model supports young people who aren’t thriving in mainstream education. Whether it’s a Key Stage 4 student struggling to stay in school, or a 16–19 year-old who needs more than just a college course—we offer the structure, support and practical skills to help them reconnect, re-engage, and rebuild their future.

What we offer

A woman wearing a pink top and glasses is showing a clipboard to a young man in a grey shirt. They are seated in a classroom. The young man appears attentive, leaning forward with his hand on his face for support, with help and support by The BUSY Group.

Mentoring & Outreach

Mentoring that rebuilds trust.
And futures.

Our phased mentoring offer provides 1-on-1 support to students who have disengaged from school. Working closely with carers and professionals, we reintroduce structure and belief—step by step:

  1. Build trust and understand context
  2. Gently reintroduce learning and structure
  3. Empower young people to thrive
